As everyone knows by now, we had a loss of the database on ipsProArcade.com Tube and I are working as diligently as we can to restore that site. With that being said I felt the need to try and bring everyone up to date 3 Dogs Arcade is only a temporary home for ipsProArcade, once we at least get the basics set back up on ipsproarcade.com, we will reopen that site and hopefully everything will get back on track I have seen the requests for a V4 support forum here, not going to put one in as we have an arcade support forum and we are not going to be here for a lengthy period of time that would require a separate forum to differentiate between the two. If you take a little extra time when posting and add V4 or V3 in your post I think that would suffice to let us know which version you are inquiring about. I am currently on the road, on a laptop, with hotel internet connection and it keeps going down hill from there, so it is taking me a little longer to get the front end set up on ipsproarcade.com, but we have moved that site to this server and are working to get it back up and running, just bare with us and be patient. When we finally reopen, the games we had on there for download may not be available right away, but rest assured they will be reinstalled as soon as I can Bottom line, we need your support while we rebuild, please do not attempt to pressure any of the staff into things that are not going to happen on this site, like additional support forums for V4. We are getting closer to reopening ipsproarcade and am hoping that by sometime this weekend we can all move back there and go on with moving 4.4.x forward

Suppose the question is " How long will Flash Games work " ? I have 56,839 Flash Games . ( When no Flash then pointless ) Yet only 5,191 HTML5 Games ( Imagine that will increase as coders move with the times ) Did grab the 1st 500 JVH5 Games ( must be loads more now but never looked ) So if Flash is going to pass then it will be some time before sites end up with say 10,000 Games . Personally I would keep 3Dogs to Flash only untill it no longer works . IpsProArcade to Html5 Games and V4 support only . If JVH5 Games work then add to IpsProArcade . Finally you mention cost ( what would it cost (( extra )) to keep both ?

You spent all that time revising the new arcade, you opened IpsArcadePro , we all went there and registered, with the understanding that this was the forum we'd be using, for support and downloading of games.. I understand how servers work, because when I hit a certain amount of games my forum, it closed for lack of space, had to do a quick move to a VPS Host.. Flash games are good until the end of 2020 which is a long way off.. If it were my choice I'd go with IpsArcadePro build it back up and beyond what is was before.. Then take a full backup of 3 dogs, and shelve the forum..

ipsProArcade is our way forward and should be hosted on a domain with the same name, so I agree that at some point 3 Dogs will go away and only be ipsProArcade remaining, just want to get the feeling of everyone. 3 dogs was built to support the old V3 version, and at some point, I would imagine everyone will be forced in one fashion or another, to catch up with the rest of the internet

Here is the next conundrum in the life and times of ipsProArcade, and I am tossing it out to those of you who have a vested interest We currently have both 3 Dogs Arcade and ipsProArcade hosted on the same server and currently have enough space for both IF we begin to add all of the Flash games to the ipsProArcade.com site, we will quickly run out of space on this server IF we do not add the flash files, that means if you want flash games you will have to visit both sites Adding an additional server would mean a more expense to US and am not sure that is a good alternative Question 1 - do we keep both sites and only have the flash games hosted here Question 2 - do we get rid of ipsProArcade and host everything here on 3 Dogs Question 3 - do we move all of the flash games to ipsProArcade and get rid of them here Question 4 - do we move everything to ipsProArcade and shut down 3 Dogs, which I am OK with, just need to know what everyones feelings are So if you don't mind, take a few minutes and let me know what your feelings are

Not my usual thing, but I fixed all of the Firework Fever levels, got rid of the alerts and fixed the descriptions to not include "Manual" install. Enjoy.

HI, How can I change the text "No current alerts" everywhere? In the old arcade you had to do that with a command in the database. How do I do this please?

Initially it will be active, if it starts getting used for support it will be deactivated

I now have the members moved over from here to ipsproarcade, not sure i caught everyones status updates (VIP VIP+ and VIP++) When we reopen, log in using the same password that you use here, if your status is incorrect, send me a PM with the email address you used when purchasing your subscription and I will get you taken care of. We should be reopening very soon

First off, let me begin with I do not mind providing arcade support when needed, BUT!!! If you need Arcade Support, at least have the courtesy to come to this site and ask. Many times I am "cruising" the internet and I get a PM asking me for support on the arcade, whether it is to fix a game or some other aspect of the arcade Even though I pass through most of the sites that are experiencing some type of problem with the arcade, does not mean that I have the time at that moment to answer an arcade support request, and if not acted upon (by me) at that moment there is a good chance that I may forget about your request for help This is not aimed at anyone in particular, this is a generalized statement as it happens everywhere IF you post your request here in the Arcade support forum, at least it is documented and anyone else who may be experiencing problems with some of the same type issues, they can also benefit from any answers that I or even Origon can provide Sometimes it may be days before I get to some of the sites, it is a little unfair to expect that I or Origon or anyone else who can provide the type of support you are looking for, to have to go to your site to find out there is an issue and support is needed All this being said, please, if you need support of any kind, make a post here or on Origon's site if need be, and let us know that you are requiring assistance, I am sure Origon is a lot like me and does not mind providing the support, IF he knows about it. Hopefully I speak correctly for anyone else who provides arcade support. As I said this is not aimed at any site specifically, it is a generalized request for all of us who provide support of one type or another, to be able to answer support requests in a timely and efficient manner Thanks for taking the time to read this, and in the future I hope that we can begin to provide better support, IF YOU the site owners can adhere to these simple requests provided above

Will be fixed for next release.

+1 I've gotten rid of the default "No Current Alerts" in new games being installed by tar or manually. You could use the "Mass Editor" in the game manager and blank out all of the Alerts. In the next release, nothing will be displayed unless there is an alert.
