  1. Check to see if you have done this Once this is completed you must do one file edit, this file edit is used primarily so that V2 games will save scores on your website (this includes HTML5 games) On your server go to admin/extensions and find the file coreVariables.php and open it in a good text editor (I prefer using notepad ++) Find this line in the file ###### Redirect IPB 2.x to IPB 3.0 URLS ###### should be around line 412 directly below that you will need to add this code # Arcade if( isset( $_REQUEST['act'] ) && $_REQUEST['act'] == 'Arcade' ) { $_RESET['app'] = 'arcade'; $_RESET['module'] = 'save'; } Make sure you save the file when the edit has been completed
  2. Are you using the same password on ipsproarcade that you use here ?
  3. There has not been this many HTML5 games converted to work with this arcade yet This makes no sense to me as then members have to switch between two sites depending on if they want to play flash or HTML5 games, makes more sense to have one repository Cost is not an issue at this point as both sites are maintained on one server, do not want to have to go to two servers if we can combine two sites into one. Lets face it, V3 support at some point will end and only V4 support and beyond will be our main focus. The time is now, I need to make a decision soon so that our way forward is laid out
  4. ipsProArcade is our way forward and should be hosted on a domain with the same name, so I agree that at some point 3 Dogs will go away and only be ipsProArcade remaining, just want to get the feeling of everyone. 3 dogs was built to support the old V3 version, and at some point, I would imagine everyone will be forced in one fashion or another, to catch up with the rest of the internet
  5. Thanks Bosss for your comments in regards to the games, what about those that sign up on ipsproarcade but only want to play games ?
  6. Here is the next conundrum in the life and times of ipsProArcade, and I am tossing it out to those of you who have a vested interest We currently have both 3 Dogs Arcade and ipsProArcade hosted on the same server and currently have enough space for both IF we begin to add all of the Flash games to the ipsProArcade.com site, we will quickly run out of space on this server IF we do not add the flash files, that means if you want flash games you will have to visit both sites Adding an additional server would mean a more expense to US and am not sure that is a good alternative Question 1 - do we keep both sites and only have the flash games hosted here Question 2 - do we get rid of ipsProArcade and host everything here on 3 Dogs Question 3 - do we move all of the flash games to ipsProArcade and get rid of them here Question 4 - do we move everything to ipsProArcade and shut down 3 Dogs, which I am OK with, just need to know what everyones feelings are So if you don't mind, take a few minutes and let me know what your feelings are
  7. This will be taken care of westpat, sorry with the loss of the database I am sure there may be 1 or 2 more that have paid and did not get added to the authorized list, I have verified your account and when tubesock get's the chance he will send you a copy of the release with your domain authorized
  8. Looks good shipmate, for anyone that use the points system, kind of a nice feature to see the battle for top points getter
  9. Initially it will be active, if it starts getting used for support it will be deactivated
  10. I now have the members moved over from here to ipsproarcade, not sure i caught everyones status updates (VIP VIP+ and VIP++) When we reopen, log in using the same password that you use here, if your status is incorrect, send me a PM with the email address you used when purchasing your subscription and I will get you taken care of. We should be reopening very soon
  11. And that is all you have to do, once it is completed close the window
  12. As everyone knows by now, we had a loss of the database on ipsProArcade.com Tube and I are working as diligently as we can to restore that site. With that being said I felt the need to try and bring everyone up to date 3 Dogs Arcade is only a temporary home for ipsProArcade, once we at least get the basics set back up on ipsproarcade.com, we will reopen that site and hopefully everything will get back on track I have seen the requests for a V4 support forum here, not going to put one in as we have an arcade support forum and we are not going to be here for a lengthy period of time that would require a separate forum to differentiate between the two. If you take a little extra time when posting and add V4 or V3 in your post I think that would suffice to let us know which version you are inquiring about. I am currently on the road, on a laptop, with hotel internet connection and it keeps going down hill from there, so it is taking me a little longer to get the front end set up on ipsproarcade.com, but we have moved that site to this server and are working to get it back up and running, just bare with us and be patient. When we finally reopen, the games we had on there for download may not be available right away, but rest assured they will be reinstalled as soon as I can Bottom line, we need your support while we rebuild, please do not attempt to pressure any of the staff into things that are not going to happen on this site, like additional support forums for V4. We are getting closer to reopening ipsproarcade and am hoping that by sometime this weekend we can all move back there and go on with moving 4.4.x forward
  13. No there are others, in 4.4.x you must go to the support tab in the acp, click on something is not working and then continue to clear the board cache
